The House
The kitchen/living area runs across the front of the house and has ocean views.

Living space
The living space has 3 double lounges, a flatscreen TV, a DVD/video player and a stereo. The eclectic collection of DVDs and CDs should be able to keep most adults and children amused on a rainy day.

Cooking facilities
The kitchen is ideal for gourmet travellers, featuring a Krups espresso machine, a Kitchenaid blender, a plentiful supply of good quality pots, pans and crockery, an electric hand mixer, decent knives, a Smeg oven, a halogen cooktop and a dishwasher.

To help you along in the kitchen, there's a diverse array of cookbooks and usually a cupboard full of Asian and European spices, oils and condiments.

The cooking facilities are supplemented by a large hooded barbeque in the Bus Shed at the rear.

Sleeping
The bedrooms in the house consist of:
	one spacious queen-sized bedroom with built-ins;
	another spacious queen-sized bedroom; and
	one bunk room (2 single beds) with built-ins.
(There are further beds in the loft of the Bus Shed).

Bathroom & laundry
There is a modern bathroom with a shower. The shower base has a plug, allowing it to be used as a bath for younger children.

There is a separate toilet and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
